In order to make your appointment go as smoothly as possible, there is some information that you should know before you come in. Please take a few minutes to read this page, and if you have any questions about your visit, feel free to contact us. We’ll happily help you have a positive, and even enjoyable, experience with us.
Your First Visit
After we warmly greet you, we’ll review your medical history and ask you about what you would like to accomplish with your smile. Depending on your needs and goals, we’ll perform an exam either looking at one issue or your entire mouth. Then, we’ll go through your treatment options in detail and help you determine which would provide the best results. We may even be able to begin treatment on the same day as your initial appointment!
New Patient Forms
Before we start your appointment, we’ll need to get some information from you. Although you are welcome to complete your new patient forms when you come to our dental office, we encourage you to fill them out before you arrive.
